비트메인 사전 IPO: 기업가치 150억 달러에 달하다 – 우버 최대 주주로 등극

“비트메인” 채굴기 생산기업은 중국 최대규모 기업인 텐센트사와 일본은 소프트 뱅크 그리고
우버의 최대주주가 사전 IPO의 주주들이라고 전했다.

7월 말 CCN의 보도에 따르면, 비트메인은, 10억달러의 자금 확보를 목표로 한 과정속에 있었고, 그 과정이 지난후, 기업의 가치는 150억 달러가 되어있었다고 한다.
비트메인은 이번 사전 IPO에는 페이스북과 전면적으로 경쟁중인 중국의 기술 기업인 텐센트와 일본의 소프트 뱅크가 참여했으며, 우버가 지분의 15%를 사들이면서 최대 주주로 등극했다고 밝혔다.
또한 비트메인은 올해 말 홍콩증권거래소에서 약 300억 달러 규모의 IPO를 진행할 계획이다.

비트메인은 현재 전세계 비트코인 채굴 하드웨어 시장 점유율 7-80%를 차지하고 있으며, 중국의 거대한 암호화폐 시장에서도 “비트메인”의 이미지는, 비트코인 채굴 하드웨어 생산 및 관리를 대표하는 그룹으로 인식을 할만큼 널리 알려져 있으며, 올해 말 홍콩 증권 거래소에 첫 IPO를 앞두고 몇몇의 큰손 투자자들과 기업이 큰 관심을 쏟고 있다.

비트메인은 비트코인 시장이 떨어지는 와중에도 경이로운 이윤을 내보였으며, 5억달러 규모의 채굴장을 텍사스에 추가로 유치시킬 것이라고 전했다.

    표출하고 있다. 먼저 동행복권이 강조하고 있는 것은
    ‘공정성’이다. 동행복권 측은 “복권사업은 판매액 41%를 복지예산으로 쓰는 등 사행산업 중 공익기여도가 가장 높고 불법 중독성 도박을 줄이는 효과가 있다”며 “복권수탁사업자가 공정성 논란이 빚어지면, 정부 입장에서는 사행성을 조장하고 사업자에게 초과 이익을 제공한다는 비난을 받을 수 있다”고 설명했다.

    이어 “동행복권은 금융 인프라 그룹 나이스 그룹의 ‘한국전자금융’, ‘KIS정보통신’과 ‘나이스페이먼츠’, 공영방송 MBC의 사회공헌기업 ‘MBC 나눔’이 주주로 참가했다”며 “신용평가, 사회공헌 등 공정성이 핵심경쟁력으로 꼽히는 업체들이 참여한 만큼, 동행복권은 공정하고 건전한 복권사업 운영에 적합하다”고 강조했다.
    또한 동행복권은 강점으로 ‘기술성’을 내세우고
    있다. 동행복권 측은 “전국 2만5천대 규모의 CD/ATM기를 운용하고 800여 명의 현금수송인력을 보유한 ‘한국전자금융’이 복권 유통구조를 혁신할 것”이라며 “국산 온라인복권 개발업체인 ‘오이지 소프트’, 스포츠 토토 개발업체 ‘메타씨앤에스’ 등 국산화 복권시스템을 고도화시킬 역량을 확보했다”고 설명했다.
    이 밖에도 동행복권은 복권 컨설팅업체 ‘챔피언시스템즈’와 협약을 체결해 기술은 물론 운영 노하우 측면에서도 경쟁력이 있다고 자신하고 있다.
    일각에서는 동행복권이 이용 편의성이 떨어진다고 지적하고
    있다. 현재 동행복권 자금조달업체인 ‘K뱅크’는 인터넷 은행이기 때문에 복권당첨자가 당첨금액을 수령하기가
    어렵다는 것이다.
